As a Senior Pastor I’ve been out of the loop for a while. I was trying to run a youth ministry with over a hundred students with just volunteers it was working but not like I wanted it to. When E.J. visited he took us by storm sharing his experiences and really took our youth group to the next level. He spent countless hours just hanging out with the kids and a couple of late night sessions training and equipping our volunteers to serve in a more functional God loving ministry.
